Getting your dog submitted to these pages and to the hardcopy collection is easy! Simply fill in the boxes below, to the best of your knowledge, then hit the "SUBMIT QUESTIONNAIRE" button at the end of the page! You will receive further instructions via e-mail. That's all there is to it! Alternately, you may also print this page and send it to:

Pre-requisites to inclusion in the hardcopy edition:

The Dobermann to be entered must be:

• A purebred Dobermann

- and -

• Owned by a present or former UDC member.

- or -

• Bred by a present or former UDC member.

- or -

• Related to a dog already in the collection.

• You must submit both a completed questionnaire and a photo of the Dobermann.

You may e-mail scanned pictures to us as attachments, or send them snail mail with your questionnaire. Please note that nothing will be returned. Please submit pictures uncompressed, in either .bmp or .jpg format! We will adjust and compress the picture for you!

Any other documentation you'd like to include (such as certificates, official pedigrees, judges evaluations) will be gratefully accepted at the snail mail address above. We are especially interested in judges critiques and ZtP evaluations. The hard copy is more extensive (due to web space and cost constraints) and includes this additional documentation. This site is not just for dogs that do bitework or that are highly titled. Any working Dobermann is welcome, as the information may be useful to breeders and handlers.
